Yankee Air Museum was well represented. Loving the new paint on Rosie!

I was there late Friday when Luck of the Irish arrived and developed an engine fire. It shut the field down for a time, so I left. I was not able to attend this weekend, so I'm not sure how much damage they sustained.

Ouch! I hope it was minimal damage. They had engine trouble at the 2019 Greatest Show on Turf that left them stranded in Geneseo for a while.

Thanks for the info, hope they don't need a new left engine now.

It really was an awesome weekend! I shot about 1200 pictures and look forward to combing through them this week! Unfortunately, in addition to the C-47 incident, Panchito also had trouble with its left engine on Saturday and was on the ground the rest of the show. Additionally, the CAF FG-1D had a minor runway excursion while landing on Saturday after the Pacific War flight and ended up in the grass off to the left of the runway. Thankfully there was no damage!

I wasn't able to attend Sunday, but I checked Flightaware and both the C-47 and Panchito seemed to make it home Sunday night, so hopefully, no serious damage.

Correction, I was checking last night and must have been thinking of the other B-25. I guess Panchito is still in Reading. Flightaware shows it hasn't left yet.
