Further announcements for the flying display today:
Spitfire Mk.IX (Silver Spitfire)
Spitfire Mk.IXb (Old Flying Machine Company)
Spitfire TR.IX (Old Flying Machine Company)
Hispano HA-112 Buchon "White 9" (Air Leasing)
Hispano HA-112 Buchon "Yellow 10" (Aircraft Restoration Company)
Hawker Hurricane Mk.I (Bygone Aviation)
TF-51D Mustang "Contrary Mary" (Anglia Restorations)

This brings the total count to four Mustangs, three Hurricanes, three Buchons and 11 Spitfires. The word is approx. another 10-15 aircraft still to be announced.

The addition of Contrary Mary and Red 11 also means that all four warbirds that make up the Ultimate Fighters aerobatic team will be present.

That is pretty gutting. And it's even worse, I'm sure, for TFC, who will have just spent a considerable sum of money insuring their fleet of aircraft and bringing them back to life, only to suddenly find most of them won't have any reason to fly this year.
