USAF's F-35A Lightning II and F-22 Raptor Demo Teams confirmed for Aviation Nation 2022.

The F-35A and F-22 demo teams will also perform a Heritage Flight. The warbird(s) is to be deteremined.

I am hoping to go to Aviation Nation this year. However, since I am pretty far from Nellis, I would save this trip for something "big". Apart from the demo teams and the Thunderbirds, are there are other Nellis aircraft that perform? Thanks

I would make the trip to send off your fav demo teams - at least the F-35 & F-22 will use Nellis-coded aircraft, your fav Thunderbirds and...

The combined arms demo where a lot of Nellis-based aircraft do a demonstration with pyrotechnics!

Yep, the real reason to go to Nellis is for the air power demo featuring some of everything:

Everyone is waiting to see what else Nellis may have in store for the 75th anniversary of the USAF.

If there's any year that would be worth the trip it would be this year where, as Ryan said, they are celebrating the 75th anniversary of the USAF.

I attended in 2016 and I had a great time and they weren't celebrating anything lol. The Combined Arms demo is bad ass, and for sure is worth the trip on its own
