We happened to be doing some stuff in Dover the other day so we made another trip down to the museum. Again, it was worth the visit, and we were even treated to a C-5 doing touch and goes while we were there. After we left we went to Walmart and saw someone in a flight suit and with a patch from the active duty C-17 squadron there. We got to chatting for over an hour and eventually the topic of "airshow" came up in conversation. Of course, I knew from the Facebook announcements about the Blue Angels coming and I asked about other performers since the show is now about a month and a half away. "It's going to be a great show with a great variety of stuff in the air" was the response I got, without a reference to whom or what.
Guys, I feel optimistic. With all the other stuff going on at the base I'm sure we will see and hear about more things soon.

I feel like everytime I mention something in here, Dover makes am announcement, but man we need more demos. This is a small lineup, even tho it has both major jet demo teams. Hopefully some updates come in the next 2 or 3 weeks, because this might be a short show

May be a first for Dover, can’t recall. Always a cool bird to see loiter in the area especially on a blue sky day. Certainly more impressive than the F-117, no knock on the Nighthawk though. It was a very capable aircraft.
