Confirmed for to perform at Holloman AFB next year are the US Army SOC Black Daggers parachute team.

I wonder if any of the German Tornadoes that are based there will join the open house for a few low passes?

I'm sorry to say that it won't be the case. The German Luftwaffe have ceased flight training at Holloman AFB since March 13, 2019.

Tickets to the 2022 Holloman Air Show“Legacy of Liberty” are now on sale to the general public!
Air Force Thunderbirds will headline this exciting event, taking place May 7th & 8th - and returning to the Holloman Air Force Base after more than a decade!
Admission to the show is FREE, but all vehicles MUST RESERVE A FREE PARKING PASS in advance online. No parking passes will be available at the gate.
There is also premium seating and parking available while supplies last. Discount tickets are available for a limited time, and have already begun selling fast from our advance sales.So don't wait to join the fun!
