1986 Abbotsford International Airshow

Beginning on this day in 1986 occurred one of the largest airshows in the history of the Abbotsford International Airshow. Five demonstration teams (Blue Angels, Snowbirds, Frecce Tricolori, Esquadrilha da Fumaca and Patrouille de France) as well as a wide range of military aircraft ranging from Russia's An-124 'Condor' to Canada's CF-18 Hornet and from the USAF SR-71 Blackbird to the USMC AV-8B Harrier II.
