Athens Flying Week was the first chance to see a hellenic Rafale in action. It performed a very short role demo, and joined up with the Hellenic Spitfire.
The Hellenic Army presented 2 variants of the AH-64 Apache. This video shows the Sunday display by the A-variant.
Among the surprise items to appear at a European airshow this year was the Saudi F-15C Eagle solo display which displayed during the Athens Flying Week at Tanagra. Here is a video of the Sunday display by a standard F-15C. Enjoy!

2022 saw the 10th Athens Flying Week, an event which has grown to become one of Europeβs most highly anticipated airshows of the season. For the many enthusiasts that travel across the globe to attend the event the Hellenic Armed Forces are the show stars, but Athens always boasts an impressive international participation list from both military and civilian operators. This year was no different with a varied selection of aircraft from across Europe and the Middle East. A photo slideshow and full review can be found HERE.
