On May 15, 2023, EAA’s 1929 Ford 4-AT-E Trimotor (N8407) had its first flight in three years since undergoing extensive maintenance. The flight took place at the Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

What are the odds we could get a 3-Ship Mig flight with the 17, 23, and 29 lol

Only for it to be cut because the T-6s celebrated their 80th anniversary for the 3rd consecutive yearAirshow0wen wrote: ↑Wed May 17, 2023 12:14 am What are the odds we could get a 3-Ship Mig flight with the 17, 23, and 29 lol

That would be sweet to see, a MiG-17, MiG-23, MiG-29, and MAYBE a MiG-21 in a Diamond formation (if EAA brings a flyable MiG-21 in)

I guess my mistake on here the other day about Dan Filer bringing his "MiG-21" (don't worry, I know its 23) was a prophecy Glad to see him bringing the 23 for Osh 23!

Could the potential flying 21 be N21EV? Her last flight was June of last year and her airworthiness certificate is still valid . On the other hand, she’s being sold on Trade-A-Plane so there’s the possibility she has been sold to a new owner.

N317DM, a ‘74 made MiG-21, was spotted flying today at RFD Chicago. Good probability this may be OSH bound.
