Jet truck was changed to Hot Streak II.

Interesting that they still haven’t announced the Super Hornet demo or the KC-135. Almost no advertising for the show. Still haven’t heard about my tickets. Something just seems off about all of this this year.

Note that parking is now only going to be sold in advance, which really sucks for anyone trying to see what the weather does.

The city lot at the terminal sounds like the best option to me now

Is parking elsewhere and walking/taking public transportation a better option than paying for on-site?

Yeah there are several other garages/lots that are within easy walking distance. The closest is the parking lot for the terminal building. They were always more expensive than the official parking, but now they are the only option if you decide to go but don't have an advance ticket.

Of course if you are firmly committed to a specific day the advance sales isn't a big deal.

They had to do the pick your general admission day and parking in advance. Total BS. They must be watching that little promo company in Cbus who thinks making shows expensive and not consumer friendly is a good thing.

Didn't realize the parking thing was new since this is my first time going. I was planning to go Saturday and Sunday. I'll at least look into the terminal parking, thanks for the tip!

Across the street is also the muni lot (City of CLE) parking lot where everyone tailgates for Brows games. I'd go there a lot just to watch on off days from going in. During COVID the city doubled the parking cost too.

There are several lots in the city that are much cheaper than the Airshow parking. You also don't have to wait in the long line of traffic getting in and out of the parking line. I think you could get a garage for $7-$20 within a few blocks of the show. Just check Google Maps for parking garage in the downtown area. You could also stop for dinner downtown to let the traffic thin out.

According to the Legacy Flight website, there will be one in Cleveland.
