Amazing line up! crossing my fingers and praying for the Rhino Demo

This is an excellent show for photography. You're on the lakeshore facing north. The sun is behind you for the majority of the day. By about 1500 hrs, it's off your left side, so the lighting starts to get long with your best angles facing towards the east. The lake breeze usually blows the display smoke out of the way.

The weather is cool to cold mornings with hot days depending on the weather patterns. When storms come in, they hit hard.

Lots of areas off of the show grounds to shoot from. Arrivals get in all day Friday, but mostly towards late afternoon. Departures are Monday evening at the end of the show. Large stuff gets in early, starting Wednesday. They leave Monday, or Tuesday.

Statics are crammed together, unfortunately, but good shots can be had.

This is a great show to end your season with.

- USAF KC-135 Stratotanker Demonstration Team

Nice. Shaping up to be a great show. Wonder who will be doing the demo with them? Should we expect the Raptor to do it, or another unit entirely?

This KC-135 demo team is a new one for me. I am not sure what the demo entails, but does it always include some air to air refueling passes? If so, would be awesome if the Bayou Militia brought back the F-15C's again and they did some combined passes. I know Dayton has them for a second straight year, so maybe it's possible. Looking like a great line-up this year. Just hoping the Rhino East team get's their shit together between now and then and joins the line-up as icing on the cake!

Yes! Probably my favorite demo.

Have to vent for a minute. But the lack of response from show personnel is frustrating. When ticket renewals went out, I submitted a request to change show days do to work. They said we would be notified in early May with our options. No notification. I sent an email about a week ago and still no response. Do they not want people to attend the show? Sorry, just frustrated, especially when trying to secure tickets for the entire family.

They NEED to add the F-15C again, they were amazing and they had a very dynamic performance. I've never seen passes that low at Cleveland before and it was SICK!
