From Wednesday, June 22 to Sunday, June 26, 2022, ILA will start with a new hybrid concept at BER Airport. With a focus on innovation, technology and sustainability, ILA covers the entire spectrum of the aerospace industry with the Aviation, Space, Defense & Security and Supplier sections. The new ILA is aimed at the trade audience and will be the meeting place for the international industry, politics, armed forces, business and science.

Just a warning to anyone thinking of attending this show, the flying displays (if there are any in the end) will be very limited and may end up with just a few flypasts. They are not even employing the usual air display commentary team.

A great shame as ILA 2018 boasted some very interesting set pieces from the German Armed Forces and some rare warbirds. Sadly the development or Berlin Brandenburg Airport and local environmental issues have caught up with the event.
