“RaZZ” The 2023-24 F-22 Raptor Demo pilot is a Davenport, Iowa Native, so it will be great to have him fly at his hometown show in 2023.

Ken Hopper will still be airbossing the show like he has for the past 31 shows, he will be assisted by Scott Duck with airbossing duties.

How accurate do we think the warbird list is? Some interesting possibilities listed on the home page of the website - B-17, P-38, etc., but some of these aren't listed elsewhere.

Can anyone comment on the lighting for photography or the orientation of the show line? My son is working in Iowa so I was thinking about making the trip down from upstate NY to visit him and catch the show.

Thanks

It’s not the greatest by any means, it’s fine for the first few acts but majority of the show it’s backlit. What makes up for it, is the runway is only 500ft away from the crowd which makes the overall show line super close. The red line in the picture is pretty much where the 1500ft line for the jets is placed.

The Thunderbirds and F-22 will be staged offsite across the river at the Moline airport.
