Crossroads Air Show 2023
You MUST pay for parking and can not walk in to show (uber, etc) just stinks and smell of people hiding money. Maybe there needs to be a call for someone to look into some organization finances.

Nope, except they have stuck to their insane parking /admission policies and pricing. I wonder if there may be some good off-site spots near the airport to view...

I took a look on the way back from the Waco fly-in last weekend and there didn't seem to be any likely places. There are lots of warehouses with big parking lots, but the warehouses are between the lots and the airport and would likely obstruct most of the view. Maybe Mt. Comfort Elementary or Mt. Comfort Church if they aren't blocked off. Not something I'd bet on though.

Those two spots are south of the airport, not far. And the only runway they have (it appears) is on the south end of the airport. I reached out to Mt. Comfort Church about 1 mile S/SW of the runway and they appear to be offering their parking lot for the airshow. Might be a good alternative to miss out on the astronomical parking fees and admission for the show itself...
