So are these the former GEICO Skytypers? Still not seeing anything official about that.

The Skytypers will be formally disbanded after the Greenwood Lake Airshow. Chris Thomas will be doing solo performances in one of the Skytypers' SNJ Texans.

Chris Thomas, who served as the ring wing pilot flying the #2 for the Skytypers Airshow Team for many years is still performing on the airshow circuit as a solo act. His aerobatic act consists of him performing in a 1942 North American SNJ-2 Texan (N60734).
