Hello!
Yuma will be my first major airshow since I’ve gotten a DSLR, and I’m seeking to know if a 150-600mm would be adequate for capturing most of the action in the skies over Yuma.

Yup. 600mm should be more than enough for the Yuma show.

Never been to this one before. Are there any good spots to watch from on Friday for practice or arrivals that don't get closed off?

Join us in the fairgrounds parking lot just north of the base, best spot we found for watching
