I am not sure they specifically mean the Norad demo (unless you saw that it has been confirmed somewhere else) as in the comments someone asks if they will be flying, and SNF responded that the F-16 would be static and flying F-16's will be represented by the Thunderbirds. I think whoever made the post just grabbed the first F-16 image they had at hand.
