Looks like we’re getting the F-22 Demo this year along with the CF-18.

Hoping there’s info regarding the Frecce Tricolori North American tour soon and keeping my fingers crossed that Abby will be a stop for them.

Edit: Looks like Frecce Tricolori will be in New York around the time of Abbotsford. Bummer.

I have to say I really expected Abby to get the Frecce. We have been talking about this being the perfect year to visit Abby and see them, and then poof they go to NY instead. I think Abby will be too early for the Reds tour (if it happens) so very likely no international support. Pretty anticlimactic really.

I figured they'd skip Abby when it was announced they'd be flying over the Vespucci ship in Los Angeles in early July.

There was little chance they'd start on the west coast and also end up on west coast in August.

Loooooong ways away still, never know what'll get confirmed before next summer

The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum will be sending its PBY Canso to Abbotsford.

Vertigo Airshows FOXJET Twin Jet Sailplane will be performing at this years show. Looking forward to seeing it fly during the night show on Friday.

The Thunderbirds are scheduled to perform at the New York Air Show in Montgomery, New York that same weekend.

With the 100th anniversary of the RCAF being the central theme for this year's show, you can expect that to be incorporated into the Friday night drone show.

"Acemaker" T-33 will be flying solo demo and participating in an RCAF Heritage Flight on Sat/Sunday along with a CF-18 and Erickson Collections P-40 Kittyhawk.
