The Snowbirds are about to start their spring training.

The Canadian Forces Snowbirds will leave Comox today for their spring training! This is the unofficial start of their show season, where they'll fly six days a week, fine-tuning the show sequence and getting everything ready for the first show in June.

So Snowbird 9 (lead solo) has been reassigned, charged with a crime, and awaits his fate within the justice system.

How have the Snowbirds adjusted their show in the past few weeks? Is the opposing solo just doing flybys with no one to cross with and the 9-plane formations are missing a plane? I've seen that before.

I'm guessing it's not feasible for a replacement pilot to be introduced within the air show season.
