All of the flying displays will take place between 1:30 and 2:30 pm by the Port o' Plymouth museum at the east end of the town. See the "Army Golden Knight Skydiving Team" on the attached image.

In addition, the Golden Knights will do a pyro jump at 9pm before the fireworks show at 9:15. Now I have to figure out how to kill 6.5 hours.
