Another one that is not confirmed is the 180th FW out of Toledo. Contacted a pilot about it and he said it’s not on their list but it’s an easy one for them to make it to and he submitted it and is waiting for approval.Airshowlover811 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 02, 2024 11:14 pm Not sure how accurate that list actually is. Air boss told me they have no F-35s even confirmed and that list the Wisconsin F-35s and the F-35C demo team.

The line-up on the above website has been edited with some aircraft deleted. The following have been removed:Gdcole2 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 28, 2024 7:00 pm U.S. Navy F-35C demo team also added per press release, before the list in the news article is shown:
"Organizers also released the air show lineup Wednesday morning. It will include the B-52 Bomber, Swamp Fox — an aircraft with Kentucky roots — demos from the U.S. Navy's F-35 team..."

F-15
P-51 Swamp Fox (appearing at the Charleston, SC airshow instead)
MV-22 Osprey demo (all Osprey are grounded until next week but may not be enough time to get a demo ready/authorized)
Wisconsin ANG F-35
Navy F-35C demo still listed in the article but so is the Osprey and P-51. Hopefully, there is still time to get replacement acts.

That tells me that the F-15 in the lineup was most likely the Bayou guys as they're at Kadena right now for some time. But i hope the Osprey can make itBruceK wrote: ↑Tue Mar 05, 2024 6:30 amThe line-up on the above website has been edited with some aircraft deleted. I'm just going to base my decision on what ends up on the actual website the week of the show. I realize that others might not have that option though. Hopefully, we'll get some more clarity before then. My decision will likely hinge on the B-1, B-52 and F-15s. If two of those three are in the final lineup and the weather looks good, I will probably give this a shot.

Looks like that news report was false regarding the F-35C Demo Team. Schedule came out and no Thunder on there. Disappointed they don't have Dayton or OSH on there either...

Hoping they are getting some more confirmed fly bys, we are getting closer.

Thunder website mentions b-52 flyby, no B-1 anyone hearing anything as we are 2 weeks away?

They usually don't put out an official list until a few days before the show. The news outlet quoted in this thread put out what I'm sure was an initial list that was not going to be the final one.

From what I have been told the B-1, MV-22 and Coast Guard demos all canceled. Osprey I knew would for obvious reasons. No chance they could get that demo certified in time. UPS is using the 747-8 which I am personally excited for. BUFF is going up around 6pm which should be in beautiful lighting. Altus is doing the refueling demo. Toledo Vipers are opening again.
