It looks like the same organising team and broadly the same format (albeit smaller) as the popular Midlands Air Festival at Ragley Hall. The event replaces Sky Safari, a hot air balloon gathering penned for the same weekend.
https://www.facebook.com/slipstreammanagement/There will be morning and evening mass ascents as well as opportunities for tethering from mid morning to mid afternoon including a chance to chat to the public to share our wonderful sport and hopefully inspire the next generation! Each evening will feature a spectacular Night Glow with a lit up, colourful, Longleat House as the back drop!
There will be a two hour air display every day (Friday to Sunday), featuring a whole variety of display teams and aircraft.
Each evening will also feature a pyrotechnic air display courtesy of father and son team, Tim and Tom Dews, who will display their graceful motor gliders to music whilst streaming pyros creating a magical introduction to the evenings entertainment. Following this our spectacular night glow will take place. To round off a fantastic day there will be a musical firework finale!
